I am trying to use SAML to create a SSO login to my custom app via AWS Cognito

Hello,
- I have created the client on the Azure portal and I'm trying to login with that created user of Azure he getting the error 'TooManyRequestsException' and I'm unable to login to the site. Like, error_description=Invalid+SAML+response+received%3A+PreSignUp+invocation+failed+due+to+error+TooManyRequestsException.+&state=Q9FFGxqLfP&error=server_error [0] Would you please give me some solution or suggestion for that?
