Can't hear external participants

When I join a team meeting from my account, I cannot hear other participants They can hear me though. Does anyone know why this is or how to fix it? Thank you,

    Could you please tell me does the Teams web client have the same problem? There are several possible solutions you can try to fix it. Here are some suggestions:

    • Please make sure the correct speakers are selected in the audio settings.

    Select the device from the sidebar on the right.

    • Check the Volume Mixer Settings
      Right-click on the audio icon in the system tray and select Open Volume Mixer and make sure your speakers and system sounds are not muted. Ensure the volume for Teams isn’t muted either. User's image
    • Check and install any new updates for Teams. This may correct some errors and introduce new features.
