update APA 6 to APA 7 referencing

how do i update reference style from APA 6 to Apa 7 as required by my university. my word shows only option of APA 6 please advise

The workaround is downloading and copying the file APASeventhEdition.xsl to C:\Users<your_user_name>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Bibliography\Style.
