How to activate Win Server 2022 Standard VM installed on KVM with 2022 DC key or any other way?

We have KVM hypervisor running on Ubuntu Server installed on single physical server with 64 cores. We have Windows Server 2022 DC license for 64 cores and DC key. Do not have 2022 Standard Key. We want to activate Windows server 2022 Standard VM installed on KVM server? Do not have hyper-v environment.

In order for this to work you must install a DataCenter host then you can make use of AVMA product keys and activations of guests ranging from 2012 R2 to 2022 both Standard and or DataCenter editions.
AVMA requires Windows Server Datacenter edition with the Hyper-V host role installed. The operating system version of the Hyper-V host determines which versions of operating system can be activated in a virtual machine.

Thanks Dave, In our environment we only have Ubuntu KVM hypervisor. --So can we do something like below ?

Ubuntu KVM hypervisor > Create VM with Win 2022 DC and install Hyper-V.

Ubuntu KVM hypervisor > Create VM with Win 2022 Std.

Activate Win 2022 Std via Network ? If no then is there any alternate option except having Win DC 2022 installed on physical host ?

Nested hypervisors? Seems like a lot to go through but possibly you could make it work.

Both VM are installed on same physical server.

Ubuntu KVM hypervisor > Create VM with Win 2022 DC and install Hyper-V role. (Done & Activated successfully)

Can we activate Win 2022 Std via Network ? Attached screenshot for your reference.
