It's possible that there is a conflict between Process Explorer and Forza Horizon 5, which is causing the game to fail to launch. As a workaround, you can try to disable Process Explorer or any other system monitoring tools that may be running in the background while launching Forza Horizon 5. This may help to prevent any conflicts between the two applications. Alternatively, you can try running Forza Horizon 5 in compatibility mode. To do this, right-click on the Forza Horizon 5 shortcut, select Properties, and then click on the Compatibility tab. From there, you can select the "Run this program in compatibility mode" option and choose an earlier version of Windows that the game was designed for. If neither of these solutions works, please contact Forza Support for further assistance. They may be able to provide additional troubleshooting steps or patches to address this issue.

I found this strange bug on my PC. When Process Explorer is running in the background, the game won't launch. Event viewer doesn't show any Application Crash event either. After closing Process Explorer the game launches normally.
I just want you to know this for awareness and future patches if possible. I also sent a ticket to Forza Support too to let them know.
