When I originally set up authenticator for my mobile device to access my work outlook account, I did not add my phone number as part of my 2-step verification. Now I have a new phone, and when I go to sign in to outlook, it takes me to authenticator. When I am in authenticator, it brings me to "approve sign in request", and it tells me to open authenticator app. When I select "I can't use my Microsoft Authenticator app right now", it brings me to a new page with options "Approve a request in my Microsoft Authenticator app" or "use a verifcation code" I cannot do either of those things without access to Authenticator. I was wondering if there is a way to add my phone number (same phone number as previous device) as one of the verification options. I have not been able to get in touch with anyone, and I have similar issues getting into my account when using my work intranet.
