    Hi @Rajesh Kanagaraj ,

“We try to start the exchange host search controller service also. it is giving error 1053“

According to your description, I have some suggestions for troubleshooting:

1.Firstly, make sure your Exchange Server is fully updated with Windows updates. Reboot as necessary.

2.To fix the error 1053, please try to change the Registry ServicesPipeTimeout DWORD value. *__

Important: Follow the steps in this section carefully. Serious problems might occur if you modify the registry incorrectly. Before you modify it, back up the registry for restoration in case problems occur__.*

Reference links: Fixed: Error 1053: The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion.

3.Check the Windows Event Viewer to see if there are any other event logs when you start the Service.

If the .NET framework installed is incompatible with the Exchange Server, this might cause the problem as mentioned above. Verify if the .NET framework can work in sync with the Exchange edition. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/exchange/plan-and-deploy/supportability-matrix?view=exchserver-2019
