Get physical address' coordinates of concatenated address in Hebrew using excel formula

Hi all, I'm trying to add the coordinates (latitude and longitude) of an address in Excel using this formula: =FILTERXML(WEBSERVICE("https://dev.virtualearth.net/REST/v1/Locations?q="&SUBSTITUTE(K2," ","%20")&"&key=[YOUR_BING_MAPS_API_KEY]"),"//Point/Latitude") I'm writing the addresses in Hebrew (RTL), but this doesn't work with English either. Might someone shed some light on this issue I would be grateful. Thank you!

Have you tried providing the culture code? https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/bingmaps/rest-services/common-parameters-and-types/culture-parameter. The list of supported codes is available in the parameter description on the same page.
