Are there any provision in Azure DevOps pipelines that will allow you to control how many parallel jobs run at a time? For example, let us say you have 100 jobs running in parallel, but you don't want to use up 100 agents, and you only want twenty agents to run at a time. Does Azure DevOps give you that control or is that yet to be provided, and what about at the stag level? Can you throttle the number of parallel stages that run at a time?
