How to fix my surface pen? the buttons and the eraser work but the tip is not working.

Hello, My surface pen is the latest edition and is used with the surface pro 7 plus. The buttons and the eraser work but the tip has stopped working. The battery is the about 80 percents full. I've used the surface diagnostic toolkit twice and still no difference! My windows is Windows 10 Pro 21H2. I've also tried to unpair and pair the pen again. What is wrong with my pen? please help me fix it. Thanks.
