Facing problem in certification profile

Question

If i tried to register to exam all the time other data is comming in certification profile and there certificate detailse are showing in my profile i cant able to register the exam with my details ..all the time there details are auto filling and cant able to edit ..it showing mail is ine and legal name is others why
