Windows suspending active foreground UWP processes

Question

My problem is what the title says. This has been irritating me for at least the last few builds of Win 10. Usually Chrome is what triggers it. Yesterday I started Premiere rendering. I came back two hours later only to find the project stalled at 2.76% when Windows suspended the process. Does anyone know a way to disable this feature? I have already tweaked the "Background Apps" settings as suggested by Google but it did not make a bit of difference. I will literally pay someone for a fix if they have it.

This feature automatically suspends notifications and other distractions when you are working on a task that requires your full attention, but it can also suspend active foreground processes like UWP apps. To disable this feature, you can follow these steps:

1. Click on the Start menu and select Settings.
2. Click on System.
3. Click on Focus Assist.
4. Under the "Automatic rules" section, toggle off "When I'm playing a game".
5. Under the "Priority only" section, toggle off "During these times".
6. Under the "Alarms only" section, toggle off "When I'm duplicating my display". If this does not resolve the issue, you can try disabling "App power management" by following these additional steps:

I spilt liquid on my laptop one day and after that, it only works on power. So if I unplug my charger, it just turns off. I also have this same app suspending issue, and changing battery settings don't do anything because I can't use my laptop on battery. What should I do?
