Hello, I have created one Elastic job database and added in SQL elastic agent.Then after I have created on etarget server and added 6 databases in that. Firstly, I created job steps and credentials on Elastic job database and tried to create one table on all target databases, then it works fine But, I have created Index fragmentation SP on Elastic job database and tried to execute on target databases but getting the below error. Command failed: Could not find stored procedure 'dbo.IndexOptimize'. (Msg 2812, Level 16, State 62, Line 1) Please help me on this issue.

As I understand, you are getting error in Elastic Database after creation of Index Fragmentation Stored Procedure.

Hello Shaki, Thank you so much for your reply. I have followed the below link to test the jobs in my test environment and succeeded as per the article. I was able to create the demo table on my all target server databases.Even though, I tried to create another job step where I created one more table and executed the job and got succeeded https://mostafaelmasry.com/2020/05/26/azure-sql-elastic-database-job-agents-configuration/ However, This time I executed the Ola Inex script on the elastic database and created the new job step along with the new job name. . When I try to execute the same procedure, I was getting the below error.I could see the Stored Procedure in the Elastic database but facing issues. Command failed: Could not find stored procedure 'dbo.IndexOptimize'. (Msg 2812, Level 16, State 62, Line 1) I tried to clear the cache of Intellisense but didn't work. I would be glad if you could help me out on the same. I tried the above articles which you have mentioned but no luck.

This is strange and not expected. I would recommend you to please file a support ticket for deeper investigation and in case if you don't have a support plan, do let us know here so that we can check on other options to unblock you. Thanks
