scom console busy while setting up any config

Question

Hello Team, Whenever I work anything on SCOM Console it shows busy and nothing happens. Say like If I try to delete an agent, create any monitor etc, console goes to busy state. Pls help

Hi Sai Kumar M, please check a few things:

• make sure the following hotfix is installled on your sevrers, hossting the console: Update for performance issue in System Center Operations Manager 2019 Update Rollup 4 (KB 5016576)
• Try and clear the cache on the management server the console connect to: from: How and When to Clear the Cache

also please clear the console caceh afterwards (from the same article):

Make sure the management server you connect to is healthy and operational. Hope I could help you with that.

Hi,

May be the bottleneck is come from the DB. what does the disk configure of SQL server?

Also check DB disk I/O performance.
