How to give IT staff access to Admin.microsoft.com as read only

Hi, I have following admin/Power user

Intune Admin
Exchange online admin I would like them to visit admin and view all of the admin centres

User's image

At the moment user who have access to intune can visit intune by endpoint.microsoft.com but they cant visit it from https://admin.microsoft.com/

You can assign the Global Reader Role for those users who need to view admin features and settings in admin centers User's image
