Intune installation error for iOS app

We have an iOS app on intune/company portal with version 1.0.0 . we updated the same app and pushed it to intune with the version 1.0.1 . when users iOS device tried to install the new version of the app,error message is displayed "The latest version of the app failed to update from an earlier version" with error code 0x87D13B9D. How to fix this error so that error goes away and updated app installs on users iOS device automatically ? Both versions of the app working fine. Version 1.0.1 has bigger build number than version 1.0.0 . Edit : it's a LOB app we are deploying

    Thank you for posting in Microsoft Q&A forum.

    1,May we know which app type you are deploying, LOB app or any other app type?

    2,If possible, please remove the earlier 1.0.0 version app firstly, and then deploy the later 1.0.1 version app to have a try.
