MCT Alumni: MCT Azure account disabled incorrectly - I can't reset, I can't open new ticket to re-enable

I had my MCT Alumni Azure account disabled/reset last December. It happened again recently, and I can't resubmit the service ticket (over 90 days). I can't enable myself and I am at a standstill. My MCT Alumni is in good standing. Every other benefit renewed as usual. Does anyone have any suggestions?
