Azure public IP

Hello there! Im having problems with creating a public IP adress for my virtual machine in Azure. I have had 3 public IP addresses and that is the limit to my subscrition. I deleted on a went to create another and i get this error (see picture). I have checked all resources and interfaces and only 2 public IP's exist at the moment User's image

    Sometimes after deleting an IP address it takes time for that resource to released back to your quota. If necessary, you can request an increase to resolve this issue.
