re-scheduled the azure certification exam on AZ-104

I need to reschedule the AZ-104 exam on April 27, for the days between May 27 and May 31, but Ithe page dont reschedule for me! Now apparently my account is locked, how do I unlock the account?

    Complementing TP’s answer, I was able to reschedule only using the chat at: https://home.pearsonvue.com/microsoft/contact on the icon located in the lower right corner. I talked to the attendant and it was very fast and efficient.
