    Hi @rachel taylor

Do you have any Microsoft 365 subscription?

If not, then you have 5 GB of free cloud storage for files in OneDrive, attachments in Outlook.com and your Microsoft 365 apps. For more, please refer to "How does Microsoft storage work?".

In addition to buying more storage, you may manage storage first, sign in to OneDrive and go to Manage storage to see what's taking up space, such as recycle bin, which also contributes to your cloud storage usage.

You may also reduce your cloud storage, delete large files, ZIP or other archives that are no longer required.
