Hello Please i need your help on this issue Suddenly  I get the "you're missing out, ask your admin to enable microsoft teams for company" though I have used it for years by now. I have tried the troubleshooting suggestions over the admin center:

  • Finding settings for it but Microsoft Teams is not actually an option under Settings]Org Settings]Services
  • Changing the licenses for users under Users]Active Users]Edit] Licenses and Apps, but the option for Microsoft teams does not exist.   or I get a loop for 'Microsoft Teams Free is no longer available' and I try to 'upgrade' to the next free option but then I get the message that 'Looks like you are using a work/school account. Please use a different email'..   I do not seem to have any options. What is going on?

    Hi @Iniobong Nkanga

According to your description, it seems you are now using Teams for free.

After April 12, 2023, Microsoft Teams Free (classic), the legacy free Teams app for business, will no longer be available. Upgrade to a paid subscription using these instructions or follow the guide below to switch over to Microsoft Teams (free).
