I am receiving an Error called [2400] about Correlation ID. How do I fix this

I am getting an error code saying Something went wrong [2400] and below information Correlation Id: 1445f65b-8a60-49d7-8eae-752a1c9307ca

How do I fix this please

For our better research, please provide more information about your case:

Does this issue occur in Outlook desktop client? If so, what's the version of your Outlook? (File > Office Account > About Outlook). Please make sure you have upgraded your Outlook to the latest version.

And does this issue occur recently? If so, have you done any operations before that?

In order to further confirm if the issue is related to your account, please log in to web mail to check if there're any differences.

Yes it is on the app that comes with my Microsoft surface pro. I have the latest update. This is a new issue. I think it has something to do with One Drive

And i notice you mentioned that it has something to do with Onedrive, do you have any clues about this??

I have been having the same issue with the new Word in the Office suite. I have tried several ways of 'copy and paste' to start a new document, hoping that would bypass the error, without success. It is very frustrating.

I have the same problem with my Outlook program.

MS office professional plus 2016. Windows 10.

I have an Outlook account that it says is the primary and it will NOT accept the password and display the new emails and gives the 2400 error message on putting password in.

Three other email addresses login with NO problems at all.

On trying the Outlook new the account has NO problems with new emails.

The only reason I do not stay with the new version is that I have emails in a storage area and I cannot see them.

There is no problem looking on outlook on a mobile device (with ads) or via the web access, and the MS Mail program.

As it states its a primary email it will not let me delete it from outlook.

I finally figured out the issue. Microsfot has a new oulook version and if you click on the new version the hotmail account is not accessible. The only way to recover the hot mail account is is by using the new version.

lots of time needed to reconfigure the account to look and work similar to the old one.

Aboslutely ridiculus that you have to spent too much time and effort to recover what it was there.

I don't see any mayor functionality benefits on the new version.
