Hello @Mohamed azam khan Thank you for reaching out to us on Microsoft Q&A platform. Sorry to hear that you are unable to upgrade your subscription.

In general, upgrading from the free trial to Pay As You Go is a straightforward process. You can follow these steps to upgrade:

    1. Sign into the Azure portal.
    2. In the left-hand menu, click on "Subscriptions".
    3. Select the subscription you want to upgrade.
    4. Click on "Upgrade" in the toolbar at the top of the page.
    5. Follow the prompts to complete the upgrade process.

Since you are receiving specific error "only administrator" can do it. I recommend reaching out to Azure subscription management team by raising a support ticket. Because your Azure free trial subscription is expired, it seems like you are being blocked to upgrade the subscription. Your account needs to be unblocked from backend.

FYI: Azure Billing and Subscription Management support is included in the Basic Support Plan without any charge.
