    @somith Reddy

    Thank you for your time on the call. As per our discussion on phone you were getting error as below while trying to connect to Azure AD from devops.

    We found that you were using guest account to connect to Azure AD. As explained guest account will always have restricted permissions than a member account in Azure AD.

    To fix this account we created a new member account in Azure AD and used that account to connect. Issue got resolved.

    Let me know if you have any further questions.

    Hi @somith Reddy Thank you for reaching out to us, As I understand you are trying to access Azure AD with your guest account in the process, you are getting error while accessing Azure AD directory.

    We have two types of user account in Azure AD either Member type or Guest type, looking at the error (2nd screenshot) which you shared, would suggest to review the guest access permissions in Azure Active Directory, reference: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/enterprise-users/users-restrict-guest-permissions

    This might help to isolate your issue.

    if this doesnt help, send us an email on azcommunity [at] microsoft [dot] com referencing this issue with a subject line "ATTN:Givary" so that we can connect offline and discuss further on this issue and troubleshoot the same.

    Please remember to "Accept Answer" if answer helped, so that others in the community facing similar issues can easily find the solution.
