Could you please tell me do you want to restore an expired meeting recording?

If your meeting recordings are saved in Sharepoint or OneDrive, you can restore an expired meeting recordings from the OneDrive for Business or SharePoint recycle bin for up to 90 days.

If the recording file is not saved in SharePoint or Onedrive, the recording file will be temporarily saved in Teams for 21 days and cannot be restored after the expiration.
