Selected user account does not exist in tenant 'Microsoft Services' and cannot access the application '1fec8e78-bce4-4aaf-ab1b-5451cc387264' in that tenant. The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Please use a different account. Any ideas how to sort this please?

    Do you have the same problem in Teams web client?

    Clicking it gets the login box in the browser with the error. The above suggestion to use Azure Portal should help : https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/troubleshoot/azure/active-directory/error-code-aadsts50020-user-account-identity-provider-does-not-exist
