Hello , i just installed a new windows server 2022 on my new HPE ML30 Gen 10 plus server.
I found a problem that when my mouse cursor slip over some graph (like Edge brower's tab and the news block below) , i can see the mouse lag .
I want to know what method can i fix this problem, thank you very much.
p.s 1 : my OS has updated to latest version by windows update , and the hpe server firmware has upgrade to the latest version too.
p.s 2 : the driver of mouse and graphic card has update to the latest version.

Hello. I noticed the same problem on our client's machines, DL380 Gen10 and DL380 Gen10 Plus. The answer from HP is all the same - mouse problem, but the problem lies somewhere else. I reinstalled Windows server to polish and to english version, which did NOT solve it. Question - does anybody can find a solution? Any suggestions?

Hello there, Might be an hardware issue with the mouse? Have you tried with different device to confirm this? Can you share any error message or event ID that you have noticed? Connection problems are some of the most common causes of mouse lag. This is encountered with wireless mice but can also happen with wired ones. Hello thanks for your reply , i have tried other mouse ( wireless and wire ) the issue is still existed . So , i download the Windows server 2022 Standard from Microsoft website and make a bootable usb to reinstall my server . Then the issue is solved.
