I have identified that is related with the new version of the Teams App, as after I updated another phone (Yealink MP56) the option to forward calls also disappeared and you can just find it using the Admin password.

Hello
Please i need your help on this issue.
We are using CCX 500 device on Teams.
Our users has CAP license and they are using Poly CCX 500 on Teams version 8.1.1.3290.
But when they tried to do call forwarding it can only be set on this Teams version 8.1.1.3290 with admin rights.
Is it possible for this to be fixed??

Did anyone come any closer a solution? I've tried changing the CCX500 to Common Area Phone and enable Advanced Calling, and some other stuff, but still you need the pin to change the transfer destination etc.How come this is changed?
