Does Azure Front Door support SSE (Server Sent Events)?

We have Azure OpenAI integration sitting behind Azure Front Door and would like to use streaming with SSE (Server Sent Events)? We saw that this is supported in API Management, but is this supported in Azure Front Door?

    Currently AFD does not support Server Sent Events and I have filled a feedback item internally for this request.
