You can configure an alternative reporting mailbox under the User reported settings in the Defender portal: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/security/office-365-security/submissions-user-reported-messages-custom-mailbox?view=o365-worldwide#use-the-microsoft-365-defender-portal-to-configure-the-user-submissions-mailbox-for-email
How to forward Submit Phishing submission to another email for ticketing purposes
We're beginning to test the Submit Phishing ribbon button in our org and I was just curious about some possible capabilities. Essentially when a user submits an email with the Microsoft Submit Phishing button, it looks like it creates an event in a dashboard, but I'd like to also trigger an email to a distribution list to let us know that someone submitted a phishing email for review. Is the only way to do this to submit a Mail Flow rule looking for an email sent to ******@office365.microsoft.com? Does it still function this way? The documentation I found about it seemed a little out dated and didn't find anything in the administration guide regarding this.
