One of my two work accounts is requesting me to "Approve sign-in request" yet nothing is ever sent to my app on my phone (suddenly). If I choose "I can't use my Microsoft Authenticator app right now" I get an option to type in a code FROM THE APP! I'd still need the authenticator. Why is this suddenly happening?
