How to fix the problem of no searching result in a Sharepoint List?

I've created a list in sharepoint which contains more than 3000 records. When I try to search a specific item in the search bar, it returns to show "there is no result" of my specific item. The way I can do is using the filter of that column to obtain result. Are there any solutions to fix this problem? Thank you for those who can help.

Hi @Wilson Leung ,

Maybe you can use Manage Properties Name in Search Schema as a prefix to search.

For example:

I directly searched for the Number column value of 1001, with no results. I use Manage Properties Name in Search Schema as a prefix to search(Number0OWSNMBR:1001), Results appear.
