Environment: 1 Windows Server 2022 2 SharePoint Server 2019 Configuration Step

  1. I have imported SSL certificate to IIS Server Certificates, the certificate from DigiCert and the validity period of the certificate is from 4/14/2023 to 14/04/2024. User's image

    Based on your description, I can't judge the cause of the problem. It seems a network request problem.

    Let's do some troubleshooting:

    Did you configure it with reference to this article?

    Did you enter this page from SharePoint Server? If not, please ping whether it can communicate with SharePoint Server.

    And please check the network status through the F12 network section when entering the page.

    First clear the record, then refresh the page to check if there is 403 or bad status.
