I am not able to connect my apigee hybrid (installed on AKS ) to azure app-gateway, apigee is exposed through load balancer service(external public ip) . Created AGIC and trying to use the same public IP in my app-gateway backend pool with 443 port(as apigee accepts traffic on 443), getting below error: Please help in getting the below issue resolve. would appreciate any working solution.

All the instances in one or more of your backend pools are unhealthy.
This will result in a 502 error when you try to access your application hosted behind the Application Gateway.
Please check the backend health and resolve the issue.

Cannot connect to backend server. Check whether any NSG/UDR/Firewall is blocking access to the server.
Check if application is running on correct port. To learn more visit - https://aka.ms/servernotreachable.
