how to fix this lock screen issue??

Hi I have an issue in my lock screen picture , i hope you help me out . so when i turn on my PC i have a different lock screen picture from the one i choose , but when i lock my PC after ,its the same picture that i choose . soo its only happening in when i turn on my computer and try to sign in i got a default lock screen , after that when i look it with "win key+L" for example its the one i choose . i dont know what causes this issue , i hope you can help, thank you .

Open the RegistryEditor.  (Press the Windows logo key + R, then type regedit, and select OK.)

Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Authentication\LogonUI\Creative

Under each subkey (S-1-5-21-… or user SID), there may or may not be more subkeys (131565…). If those subkeys exist, delete them. Don’t delete the “Creative” key.

Lock the screen.

Please try the steps below.

1. Run the SFC scan & update all pending updates for your Window, below is the link for the complete guide.

2. Update your GPU driver. Right-click the Windows start > select Device Manager > Find the Display Adapter and expand it > Right-click and select Update. If that doesn't work, follow the same steps but instead of updating, right-click and select uninstall. Restart your computer.
