Hello Team

I am trying to create a virtual switch in hyper-v with the help of virtual switch manager in order to have the internet connectivity on my VM. My laptop is connected to the wifi and when I select it keeps loading for few minutes and throughs an error saying object not found.
After this the wifi disconnects from my laptop too.

Attached the screen shot for reference.Screenshot (86)

Might try open up your network adapters page, go back to create your external switch as you would normally, but while the software is still trying to configure the switch, head back to the adapters page, disable your wifi card, enable it again and you'll find that your switch will now be configured and working.

    Hello there,

Please follow the below steps and see if that helps:

Go to Settings -> Network & Internet

    Select Change adapter options

Right click on NIC Adapter -> Properties

Check if the Hyper-V Extensible Virtual Switch is installed in your NIC's Properties

If it is installed, uninstall it.

Reinstall the Hyper-V Extensible Virtual Switch

    5.1 Select Install

    5.2 Select Protocol

5.3 Select Hyper-V Extensible Virtual Switch

Create the virtual switch on Hyper-V using the Hyper-V manager

This article solves an error message when you try to re-create a Hyper-V virtual switch (vSwitch) for the same physical adapter.
