Teams frozen.

I log in to Teams and it runs slowly. Clicking on the team or chatting will freeze, and the mouse will also move slowly.

    Does the Teams web client have the same problem?

    Does anyone else in the organization have this problem?

    Regarding your concern, you may ask the user to check the following aspects:

    1. Open Task Manager to check the CPU consumption for various apps and processes, and decide if it's necessary to close some of the less-frequently-used ones.
    2. Refer to Hardware requirements for Microsoft Teams - Microsoft Teams | Microsoft Docs to check the qualification of the device. You may suggest the user signing in his/her Teams account on another computer to see if it could be related with the device.
    3. Switch to another network to see if any difference.
    4. Compare the performance on both Teams desktop client and Teams web app ( ).
    5. Clear Teams cache to see if any difference.
