Teams not enabled

Question

Hi , I am the admin for my organisation, we have Office Business so Teams is included. I am trying to set up teams but it keeps saying that it is not enabled.

Do you assign the Microsoft Teams license for this account?

Make sure that the coexistence mode in the Microsoft Teams admin center is not Skype for Business Only. For more details about coexistence mode, you can read this link:
