Folders of a shared mailbox are sorted randomly in Outlook and differ from Outlook Web app. reset to alphabetical order solved the issue temporarily. After several hours the folders are sorted again randomly. How can I fix this?

    Hi @Atanas Malakov Convergys / Conccentrix ,

By "shared mailbox", do you mean you have been granted access to the shared mailbox so it automatically shows up together with your primary mailbox in Outlook?
If so, does the issue affect your primary mailbox?

After several hours the folders are sorted again randomly.

Is the button of "Show All Folders A to Z" still highlighted when this occurs?

For current situation, please try turning off the "Show All folders A-Z "(Make sure it's not highlighted), then manually adjust the folders order to make it arranged alphabetically:

    1. Right-click on a folder from your folder list
    2. Select Move Up or Move Down from the Context Menu to manually sort it alphabetically.

Then monitor for some time and see if the ordering can stay.
