Sayın İlgili,

Active Directory'nin yüklü olduğu makinemde "this app has been blocked by your system administrator" hatası almaktayım. Bu hata ile birlikte, menü alt barın tamamını ve ayarlar kısmına erişim sağlayamamaktayım. İnternette yazan çözümlerin çoğunu denemekle beraber bir çözüme ulaşamadım.

Çok elzem bir sorun olup, Windows Uptate güncellemelerini bile yapamamaktayım. O kısma da herhangi bir erişimim yok.

Bu konuda olacak kesin bir çözüm yolunun sizlerden bekliyorum. Şimdiden teşekkür eder, iyi çalışmalar dilerim.

    This issue is typically caused by AppLocker, a built-in Windows security feature, which blocks the execution of an application or file. Additionally, a similar restriction may have been imposed by your domain administrator.

    you can try below steps if it helps

    1. Log in as an administrator and open the Settings app.
    2. Click on Update & Security.
    3. Select Windows Security from the left menu.
    4. On the opened page, click on Virus & threat protection.
    5. Under Advanced threat protection, click on App & browser control.
    6. Here, you can see the list of applications that are blocked. If there is any information that it has been blocked, select it and click on the "Remove" button.

    If you cannot resolve your issue here, you can use a group policy editor to check the AppLocker settings. You can also contact your domain administrator.

    Alternatively, you can try to solve this issue by using the Control Panel instead of the Settings app. In the Control Panel, click on Administrative Tools and select AppLocker.

    Can you share any error message or event ID that you have noticed?

    The issue could caused by Applocker blocking the program.

    Please check the setting of Applocker in GPO: Computer Configuration\Policies\Windows Settings\Security Settings\Application Control Policies.

    Merhaba,

    Dediğiniz her yere baktım. Maalesef hata hala aynı. UAC ayarları never şeklinde ve olağan dışı bir APPLOCKER ayarı mevcut değil.

    Windows update,windows arama, ayarlar gibi özelliklere de erişimim halen yok. Cevabınız için teşekkür eder, işe yaramadığını üzüntüyle belirtirim.

    Farklı bir çözüm yolunu sizlerden beklemekteyim. T
