Can the Microsoft Office Specialist: Associate (Microsoft 365 Apps) exams be taken online?

Can you take the three exams for the Microsoft Office Specialist: Associate virtually? When I go to the certification here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/certifications/microsoft-office-specialist-associate-m365-apps/

Then select Schedule Exam for MO-110, it does not give a virtual option. There are actually no options to take the test in Georgia. I called one of the facilities that is listed, and the testing facility said there is an issue with the MS Office Specialist certification 365 version and Microsoft has to fix something on their end. Does anyone have any information on this?

I am also curious why there isn't an Outlook 365 course option yet. I would love to take this course once it is available.
