Seems to display fine here. Can you check via PowerShell and the Get-QuarantineMessage cmdlet? If it's displaying the same therein, best open a support case.
Quarantine policy is showing an expiry date of Dec 31, 1899
Hello everyone,
I noticed on the emails Quarantine page the following:
Is the a MS general issue? or is it unique to this tenant? Do you guys have any idea how to troubleshoot this?
Any input is appreciated.

How long does it actually take for a message to expire in quarantine?
You can check the details of quarantined emails in your organization via the Get-QuarantineMessage cmdlet to see if they are the same as those shown on the emails Quarantine page.
