Hi,
I have an iOS and Android app that uses database and images.
For the backend, I am currently using PHP (for the APIs) and MySQL (For the database) but I want to move to .NET and Microsoft SQL Server.
The users will be able t upload their images through the app so I will need storage as well.
- What are the required Azure Services I will need to add?
- How can I connect to Microsoft SQL Server from Mac?

Anthony Maughan 0 Reputation points2023-04-27T00:27:54.5566667+00:00 I agree, there are lots of options here, including hosting your PHP and MySQL instances. You can use Azure Application services to run your .net application which will make scaling much easier depending on how you are doing it today. MS SQL has several options, including Platform as a Service, including just hosting a database on shared infrastucture. You will probably want to tie to a Storage account, which can do Blob, Table and other types of storage. If you want a detailed list the more info you can provide about what you have and how you want to engineer we can probably give a little more info. Like Dillon already said, more detail is better.
