Hello,
I have developed a bot that utilizes the MS Graph API to generate group chats with individual users, followed by sending messages to those chats. While this process works seamlessly within my own tenant, issues arise when the bot creates a chat within another tenant where it is installed. Specifically, the chat is generated but with peculiar characteristics. Firstly, the name of the individual who created the chat and invited participants is displayed as "Unknown App." Secondly, this "Unknown App" does not possess an avatar. Why might these issues be occurring?
Does anyone have an idea how to resolve this issue?
What may have been the cause?
Please I need your help.

Also have you try to add the guest user as you mention that another tenant showing the unknow App?
