Hyper-V dynamic memory not allocating more

Hello,
I have an issue where the demand for memory is greater than assigned memory but the VM is not getting more memory even though the dynamic memory is enabled.
Host system still has available memory.
What are troubleshooting steps for this situation?
Windows version is: 10.0.19045 Build 19045
Hyper-V version: 10.0.19041.1
VM's configuration version: 9.0

- Win 10 Pro 21H2 - dynamic memory works fine (both adds and release)
- Win 11 Pro 22H2 - dynamic memory do not work (both do not release and do not add)
Win 11 is even able to see 12 threads as 6 cores 12 logical as host is... so I would assume that Win 11 have newer integration as this see hyper-threading correctly when Win 10 just see 12 virtual processors.
Well, even Ubuntu 22 have dynamic memory working just fine.
What's wrong with Win 11? Is it still such early builds that some features are still missing from kernel integration? Or is it related to Host having old Hyper-V comparing to one in Win 11, and this enforces upgrade of Host to Win 11?

Ilian Nilsson 0 Reputation points2023-10-02T08:46:13.0933333+00:00 I have the same problem but I'm running Win 11 on host and Win 11 as guest. I have Alma Linux and other Win 11 quests that works fine.
