Merge my Microsoft account to see certiport and Pearson VUE.

Can you please help me to merge my Certiport and Microsoft accounts? I am using same email address and details in both accounts. I already already connected my Pearson VUE profile , however I have an MO 200 certificate in Certiport. Also I noticed the one from Certiport doesn't seem to be as professional looking compared to the one from Microsoft. Is it possible you could upload a better version of this on my account please?
