Hi

I've made a SharePoint add-in and I've published it in-app catalog for my test Tennant.

Then I've made an upgrade, changed the version, and publish it to the app catalog (replace the old one).

I can not update this to the latest version I got the below error in Upgrade Details. It's still the old version.

Type Configuration (Contact admin) Component Common App Deployment Error: There was an error during the operation. Details: Cannot complete this action. Please try again.
**Correlation ID:**f3a44d13-d371-4b1a-9eef-976c2d984d97

Thank you !

    Hi @Kamal ,

You can have a check if the UpgradedEvent handler prevents the upgrade action. And you may uninstall the old version then install the new one. If it does not get work, we suggest you raise a ticket in the Office 365 admin centre, the backend group could troubleshoot it with Correlation ID and help you further.

    Best Regards,
