Hi all,
We have a license key for Windows 10 IOT Enterprise 2016 LTSB which came with the hardware (lenovo thinkcenter). We want to install it from the scratch (a clean install). We have downloaded the latest version (Windows 10 LTSC evaluation) which is available on Microsoft website but when we try to activate it with the key which we have, it is not activating. I think that this new version is not the correct version for the key which we have in hand. Can any one please guide us how we can download the correct version (Windows 10 IOT Enterprise 2016 LTSB) and activate it accordingly.
we used the following commands but nothing worked.
DISM /online /Set-Edition:Enterprise /ProductKey:XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX /AcceptEula
slmgr /ipk <key>

The evaluation version is based on Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC 2019, which requires a different key. If you want to use the Windows 10 Enterprise LTSB 2016, you can either download the ISO from a Visual Studio account or contact your Microsoft distributor.

I'd check with the vendor about installation media for your device. Otherwise if you had a Visual Studio subscription you can download from there.

If you have a Visual Studio subscription, you can download it from there.
Otherwise, you might have to contact a Microsoft distributor to get the LTSB version.
Also, LTSB version is only available for volume license customers. For the volume license issue, it is recommended to ask for help from our Volume License Center.
