    Thanks for reminding this is a term store navigation.

    To change term store navigation sort, go to Site Settings -> Term Store Management Tool -> Select the term set -> Custom sort tab -> Use custom sort order -> Change the sort you want.

    Based on screenshots you provided, this page including the navigation bar should be designed according to custom codes. So, changing navigation bar needs to be changed through custom codes.

    For normal navigation bar, go to Site settings -> Look and Feel -> Navigation to change structural navigation.
