I am having trouble with getting my Windows 11 machine going on Hyper-V. I have made sure I have the minimum number of processors running. I have 6. I have enough memory on my physical computer. I have made sure it is booting from a windows 11 ISO image. Also, I have the proper security settings on. I have enable secure boot and enable trusted platform on. Any help would be appreciated.

What is the exact error you're getting?

Are you unable to install Windows 11 or upgrade to Windows 11?
